The contract for the School Board attorney provides that said attorney shall be entitled to the same leave as any other administrative employee of the school district. At this point in time the Superintendent has determined that he will not be responsible for the oversight of other ministerial duties of the Board attorney’s contract. It would be appropriate for the Board Chair to assume this duty as well as the duty of approving expenses.
